Lance Peck is the founder of Dynamic Sponsorships.
His leadership is guided by the same common sense, straightforward, faith-based principles and fast humor he pours into the three kind-hearted and successful children he and wife Robyn guide.
Lance has been trusted by iconic global brands like Toyota, Citgo, Yamaha, and Carhartt to make their names an integral part of the outdoor industry, and his track record of keeping them successfully engaged in the space speaks for itself.
“I love the opportunity to develop “not done before” programs. The opportunity to collaborate with our clients and our staff – both of which are the some of the smartest people I’ve ever met. I obsess over problems and the opportunity to creatively problem solve. It absolutely consumes and I love every minute of it.”
Kendell Mooney is often referred to as the “gluestick” at Dynamic. She has been helping to lead marketing, consumer engagement, event planning and creative efforts for global brands like Toyota, Yamaha, Carhartt and others for over 20 years. She is passionate about the work she does, and the clients Dynamic represents, and works diligently to ensure success with a variety of client projects / initiatives. On any given day, you’ll find her doing a variety of things from mapping out creative plans and strategies, leading the charge with a client project, planning an event, communicating with clients, or helping to manage a consumer loyalty program.
When she’s not planning or creating something at the office, she loves doing something creative outside work too; and also spending time outdoors near a lake or the Rocky Mountains with her family.
“I think it’s a definite gift to have the opportunity to serve / work alongside our amazing clients, and my equally amazing co-workers. It’s rare these days to be in an environment where collectively everyone wants the best, and you make each other better. I truly love brainstorming and developing all kinds of impactful creative, engaging activations and planning A+++ events— it’s a thrill to do really epic, awesome stuff for our clients!”
Alan McGuckin has made a career out of the best advice his dad ever gave him “Do something you Love.” He began his career at Lowrance Electronics in 1995, and then helped birth and grow the Terminator brand of premium lures, to eventually sell 10 Million pieces in 10 years.
He has served as Dynamic’s storyteller / writer, and photographer since 2007. He takes a unique approach to PR by proactively penning dozens of stories annually that include our clients’ products, rather than waiting and hoping for the external media to do the same, and it’s led to several hundred published articles on endemic outdoor media.
When not pressing the shutter button or slapping the keyboard, you’ll find him fishing for anything from smallmouth bass to hammerhead sharks, shooting wildlife photos, or putting his toes in the sand while soaking in great country music lyrics.
“I am absolutely grateful for the creative freedom I am trusted with, not only internally at Dynamic Sponsorships, but also by our clients, whose brands are among the largest in the outdoor recreation industry. That rare latitude better allows me to sink my heart into my career, and consequently, our clients’ brands into the hearts of the consumers we’re trying to reach.”
Luke Stoner moved to Oklahoma to work at Dynamic with nothing but a box of clothes and a can-do attitude just a few days after graduating from the University of Illinois in the summer of 2015. Luke helped start a fishing team / club in his hometown as a 16-year-old sophomore during the first year of organized High School Fishing and went on to be a multiple year president of the Illini Bass Fishing Club in college. The central Illinois native grew up obsessed with the outdoors, with bass fishing and whitetail deer hunting being his primary pursuits. If he’s not traveling for an event you can likely find him on the lake, in the woods, or on the jogging trail.
As Dynamic’s Digital Media Manager, Luke spends a lot of time working with the ever-evolving world of social media, managing endemic media relationships, and creating his own content on-site at countless events each year. A product of college bass fishing, Luke helps lead the charge on college and other youth fishing programs. He has a heart for service and a “glass half full” outlook on life we’ve found to be contagious.
“I’m grateful I get to wake up everyday and work with the best of the best in their respective positions and disciplines. Whether that’s our clients, co-workers, our programs, or the anglers and influencers we collaborate with. We touch a myriad of different projects on a weekly basis which keeps things fresh, and we get to do this around activities and industries we love. Our experience and passion keeps our engine running hot while strategy, results, and improvement drive our efforts. It’s authentic, it’s FUN, and it rarely ever feels like ‘work’.”
Born and raised in Tulsa, Chip Porche joined the Dynamic team in 2012 with an undeniable passion for the outdoor industry. He is a former Bassmaster Elite Series angler who fished his way through the Bassmaster Central Opens and is a former college president of the OU Bass Fishing Team from 2006 to 2010. Chip and his wife have one daughter and enjoy spending time outdoors together. Chip rarely meets a stranger, and finds enjoyment in building relationships with anybody that crosses the Dynamic lines. Whether it’s account management or company logistics, Chip drives these initiatives home.
“I have a tremendous amount of respect for my co-workers and peers that I learn from and work with everyday. This is an outdoor marketing group of do-ers that believe action is more powerful than just words. It’s hard to find. The common denominator is we love what we do and it is poured out into our clients’ products.”
A profound passion for the outdoors, in particular fishing, brought Jarrett Miller to the Dynamic team in 2018 with an eagerness to work in an industry that didn’t feel like “work”. Since that time Jarrett has helped manage field promotions, incentive programs, account service, marketing initiatives, social media projects, and field staff and asset logistics, but hasn’t truly “worked” one single day. His passion for outdoor marketing and contributing to the industry is difficult to match.
As an absolute fly fishing nut, Jarrett enjoys chasing fish around Northeast Oklahoma with a rod and a camera. It’s the only thing that competes with spending time with his beautiful wife and young son.
“Creating programs and executing brand activations that truly bring our clients’ brands closer to their consumers never gets old. Doing it here at Dynamic with people who feel more near to family than to co-workers is something that isn’t common and I don’t take for granted.”
