But visit with him a while longer, and you’re likely to be lead into a conversation about the preferred autumn flight paths of mallard ducks.

For three years prior to his career with Dynamic, Lance was a leader as CITGO’s Manager of Sports Marketing during CITGO’s tenure as primary sponsor of the Bassmaster Tournament Trail.

Therefore, it's no surprise that Lance was asked to help lead Toyota Motor Sales into bass fishing during the most significant brand launch in their company's history – the full-size Tundra. Toyota trusted Lance to handpick the pro anglers that would compose their Team Tundra roster. Today, Lance manages the Tundra angling team's promotional efforts, and lends creative guidance to Toyota's strategic marketing efforts within the sport of bass fishing.  Most notably in recent months – Lance helped launch the industry's first and only national tow vehicle contingency program – Toyota Bonus Bucks. He's also planned nationwide sweepstakes program for Bushnell and a host of other strategic marketing efforts for companies.
